Centres with Wollies or Coles and half a dozen shops supplying basic needs on rents around 400$/m are generally trading much better in recession than large centres ala WDC on 1000 plus.Looks like market is of different opinion ,I just talking from my experience from early 90s working for very large REIT with lot of concealed vacancies which will be happening again soon.
I rang and definitely price NTA of $ 1.47 was confirmed plus priority 1 is maintain div.
