Dunno about Storm but I had a look and it looks like Goodman Group holds 9.4% and they just had a successful placement to raise over a Billion dollars. They could buy IIF out on todays closing price with just over 300 million thats crazy! Even offering $1 a share they could do it for over a billion and change to get $5 Billion worth of assets and cash flow positive... Why not? Lets see what ING has to say but I don't like how quiet they've been.
