we are betting more on economies here rather then on AEZ(or particular REIT); Managment action is very important now;
Will be intresting what will happen with MDT ( can mighty Macq Bank help?)
if Romanian curency improves our income improves
if Greece and Spain will stabilize/improve AEZ balance sheet get stronger;
I invested in GJT (japanses REIT - similar NTA story but already refinanced)
