SP is often across all sectors of the market more a reflection of what buyers think something is worth, thus maybe the thing to take out of the current SP for CNP vs its' NTA is that more people believe it has a stronger future than what the NTA shows.
NTA and shift positive and be greater than the SP, just look at CER.
