The projects could be Lakshmi, an Indian gas plant and Dalyrymple Bay which is a ship loading wharf in QLD.
I stress "could be" as it's only a calculated guess.
As I said to AC, give Brian a ring in Perth (see earlier posts for contact details) and I look forward to your opinion on what he tells you, especially regarding his iminent removal from the board that you mentioned.
Re averaging down, when a share price drops to at or near it's NTA then it's time to consider buying.
I don't agree with your forecast price of 40cents and I feel this collapse wont last, IMHO.

BTW, please post your assessment of Brian's response to your interrogation. Between yours, mine and AC's interpretations we should have a good foundation upon which to base our opinions.
