PetreBills, man�II support ur complain, but I think at the moment the most effective way is to complain to ASX. I will write to ASX tomorrow, I wish you can also send E-mail to complain the restructure.

1 ERG hides all the progress of its ongoing projects,cash flow,future plan.

2 And it sold its assets to ingot before the restructure.

3 no details of other options to release, and We never see any media article talking about ERG pursue any other option.

4 the restructure is obviously unfair except for Duncan.

above is my points to complain. I believe ERG has acted against the list law.
