Preventative maintenence and maintenance (when something breaks) are two entirely different tnings. ERG is attempting to install a fare accounting system into a public transport system that appears to be maintained when things break rather than maintenace being done to prevent breakdowns. You are talking about installing modern equipment into delapidated and run down equipment. This makes life exremely difficult for the installer, I am not saying ERG is in the right, just that it is not all ERG's fault. I agther from your posts you are a down ramper and will probaly ridicule any attenmpt at balancing the arguments. I await you ridicule and your biased reply
