    Lol.....another Jekyll and Hyde comment

I tipped ALY the other day again in STT...........Purely Fundamentals.....

STTCOMP ALY, FA Long (tipping again as tip expired)

Australian focused gold and base metal exploration company

Market Cap $6m, Cash $1.4m. No debt low cash burn

Largest Shareholder Northern Star Resources (ASX-NST), 2nd Largest Jindalee Resources Limited (ASX-JRL), 4th Largest Troy resources (ASX- TRY) - New entry Heron Resources 17th (ASX- HRR)

Only 228m shares on issue. (T20- cir 50%)

Lots of smoke here. Team of experts....I repeat.....Lots of smoke

CEO Dr Kevin Cassidy, internationally recognised gold metallogeny expert. He was previously the principal research scientist with Geoscience Australia and has made major contributions to the understanding of the metallogeny of Archean Terranes.

Oscar Aarmodt, Chairman, is ex-Director of the Independence Group. Lindsay Dudfield, director, and founding director of Jindalee Resources, Alchemy’s second largest shareholder, and is currently the Managing Director of Jindalee, his superfund is also top holder. Plus Liza Carpene, director, currently Company Secretary and Head of Business Administration Services for Northern Star Resources Ltd. In this role, Ms Carpene is part of the executive team responsible for acquiring the Plutonic, Kanowna Belle, Kundana and Jundee operations in 2014

ALY has two JV's, one with NST, one IGO

These also recently entered a farm in with Heron resources Lachlan Fold Belt NSW Exploration tenements. Fee to advisor in relation to the Farm-in and Joint Venture Agreement entered into with Heron Resources Ltd. 5m shares exercisable at 10c in 2019. So seems not only did the advisor takes only shares as fee ...but it was done at 10c....(currently 2.6c). That's saying something......

They also picked up a project

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Share price has taken a beating due to 2nd largest holder Bluecrest selling down, as part of its broader divestment due to performance issues.http://www.*.com.au/michael-platts-bluecrest-to-return-outside-money-2015-12

As for NST's involvement read this from 24/2/15 ann:

Northern Star will also invest $500,000 in Alchemy in return for 33.33M fully paid ordinary shares in the Company at an issue price of $0.015 per share. The placement will make Northern Star Alchemy’s largest shareholder, and entitles Northern Star to nominate a non-executive director to the Board of Alchemy. Northern Star has expressed an intention to introduce Alchemy where possible to projects which do not fit the Northern Star business model.

How big of a part has NST's board representation played in the recent project selection?

Rather than just buy Hermes with nsr payable to ALY, why did NST also take a big position. Will this be some form of non-core NST vehicle?

How did they obtain Koronie gold project what seems like Gratis ?( I believe It was ex Integra...And one would assume then SLR. Why would SLR lose that adjacent tenement and along strike from Breaker who may be onto something large)
