I think its a positive, more scale to the business should make it a more valuable dominant group, being able to sell shares above book value and buy assets that can push up yields over time is a plus, only negative is the discount but not massive. In the long run these should trade below 5 pct yield and with the assets still increasing occupancy this gives a long runway for the shares price to grow
