    this was in advanced stage of negotiations many months ago

    one would have thought the fda and ce were remaining outstanding conditions of MOU, therefore, the deal should've been sealed by now

    but i get the feeling something not going right

    company have not mentioned anything yet. are they suppose to make an announcement to market if a talks failed?????
