I thought they were nervous about having an AGM because it would mean they might have to talk about what's happening in Singapore. Heaven forbid that the shareholders should be given any new information! They might even ask questions of the board!
I wouldn't say that the current delay is indicative of problems. A number of companies are only now announcing their AGMs.
