Looks like you missed on your allocation, hence the fud. Do your research in order not to look stupid. This will be a biologic (will go under BLA FDA), so no need to worry about composition of matter patent, as biosimilars are far from reality. Also there are numerous ways to get more protection through formulation, etc.
There are no publications because for the past 2 years the Company was doing massive amount of preclinical work with Covannce. You should at least talk to management
