A classic example is John Hopoate who should have been charged when he stuck fingers up the backside of players. Still thinks its a joke to this day! imo 

All he got was a slap on the wrist from the NRL and was then allowed to continue in Rugby League, making a goose of himself and the NRL along the way with many more indiscretions 

He's an A Grade idiot  not an A Grade player. imo

He should have been rubbed out of the Game for showing no intelligence, whatsoever. imo
There are many more who arent far behind. Still the NRL does not get it.

One strike .....you're in big trouble 
Two strikes... you're out.
The NRL should forget about being politically correct and show some balls and set an example for the rest of Society.
