The culture of the clubs are the biggest cause for all this stuff I reckon. Manly has been a mess for a few years now due mainly to the ownership of the club and the management. It's been well publicised how Manly's infrastructure is second rate, and no intention for improvement. That being the case they'll never build a positive relationship with the coaching staff or players. Dogs obviously have a political gap between hierarchy and team which again is causing problems. Players will never give their all whilst they don't like the club they play for.
