Geez, it’s early days but the dogs & Titans look dreadful. Gotta feel sorry for Dean Pay. Des Hasler & Raelene Castle have a hell of a lot to answer for. In the past two years (due to VERY poor salary cap management with back ended deals) the club has been gutted.
Hasler’a biggest recruits were Tony Williams , Foran , Aaron Woods, Hopoate and maybe one of the Morris brothers. They paid overs to keep
The club has been crippled salary cap wise Mbye & let Cook go to the Rabbitohs. Poor Dean Pay has had to let players go, and some deservedly so, but he hasn’t been able to open up the cheque book to give his team some much needed strike power.
Has Hopoate ever torn a defence to shreds like Slater, Tedesco or RTS???? Has he had ONE game where he was unstoppable or just the deciding factor between two sides?
