Primebroker Securities Limited (PSL) was the provider of margin facilities to the Company.
Following the appointment of Paul Kirk and Stephen Longley of PricewaterhouseCoopers as Receivers and
Managers of PSL, the directors of the Company have determined that the approximate value of the
Company’s exposure to PSL is $9million as at 4 July 2008 in respect of the Company’s trading securities
portfolio.
