one thing that you might need to consider:

in 2007 LSL made just over $8 million NPAT which is about 0.022 EPS! the company has over $19.7 million in asset and about 3.7 million in liabilities.

little over 90% of the company is owned by ANZ bank now, and they WONT be selling any shares!!! they will restructure the management soon and everything will be fine again. Anz hasn't been selling up to now and they wont be selling in neat future.
