Quick note on NTA - Market perception is that the value of their fleet at fire sales prices is much less than what is reported on the books. Obviously this only one of the reasons EHL trades at a discount to its Book Value.
I didn't a quick search on one of their fleet - Caterpillar 101D - Dozer. EHL sells its for 1.4m, cheapest i found was 1.2m.
I hold till this hits 60c at which point Ill reconsider my valuations. In at 32c + divy
