Suspect this lot is prob reserves for that purpose to ensure it dont fly away now ahead of the 5 day WVAP to June 29.
Hate to be so cycnical but been around a long time and plenty of scars to show for it.
I really dont think they want us to take up the SPP otherwise it wouldnt have been done in such a vague way.
The GOOD thing if I am right is we have new market strategists looking after their own pockets, now that one-third of the company has been acquired by stealth and apparently doing us a favour since it was done at double the low just before (muchooo thanks bros)

Fundamnetally and IMO ORP should probably be 3 times higher NOW cf peers .... and thats not allowing for any U-spec. Technically it has been very disciplined in its wave-dancing. Timing, well the boyz have laid that out .... June 29.
Overall conclusion (personal) ......... if u wanna load up for core this is it. U know theres another 5 mill around.
I really dont think u long termers should bale just ahead of what promises to finally be ORP's "TIME" for market recognition.
As a new shareholder looking for a top 20 billing tho (havent checked latest might already be there haha), I will be challenging them on their apparent negligent (ab)use of the U-assets wrt to their fiduciary duties to shareholders from July 1 after I have lined my pockets in current period of uncertainty.
I would hope ALL significant shareholders do same on both counts and let them know we aint stupid haha.
Personally tho, sometimes when u "smell" a plan evolving maybe u just stand aside and let them do their thing and take advantage of any opportunities ....... that comes from my "A-Team" series viewing on TV coupla decades ago haha.
IMO If ORP fails to deliver a tenbagger from here in any mid term breakout / ascendency of the USDPOG from current consolidation zone, then I obviously gotta change my brand of cosmic smoke haha.

PS I would be VERY surprised if they havent already been approached about some kinda JV for their Malawi U- ground. Read pages 23 - 27 from memory of that September 08 corporate presentation ....... 18 U-targets already identified and they are ignoring it ??? In this current U-mood ??? U gotta be KIDDING. They can do a JV with me if they cant find a pure U-boat interested now.
Happy to share my ideas / dreams / imagination in PUBLIC cos I believe in FAIR PLAY espesh for us plebs who are generally treated as market fodder by the "pros".
