What I'm about to put forward may seem a little lofty but just take a moment to let it sink in, to think about what is really unfolding here.....
Real Energy is on the cusp of becoming a gas producer from it's initial certified reserves base within the next 12 months......no other company in this category is positioned the way RLE is, close to tie in and processing facilities with sales and processing agreements underway......no pumping out the Artesian Basin or awaiting someone to come along and build 1000's of km's of pipeline.....nope, it's an actual thing here, not a dreamland.
Let's sway to the conservative side of the equation (sorry Kip you know that's my go-to bias) and say the initial certified reserves come in at 250bcf, that's 265,000,000 Gj of recoverable gas to RLE, with an actual short term path to market that's got to be worth at least 50c-$1Gj in ground right?......or a MC 5-10x that of today.......and let's not forget this is for such a tiny portion of the acreage with only a few wells to date, these figures can increase by many many multiples. With bigger players already circling (may explain and partly prove my conspiracy theory on who the "capper" has been/is) it's obvious we are sitting on something of very high value otherwise they wouldn't have made an approach so early on.
Those with little to no foresight are presenting an incredible opportunity to the astute investor here.....on a platter.

jak,
Happy for you to be conservative my boy
Good thing is, a few sellers now will not determine what a marauder might be required to stump up if they seriously want a commanding position. They may get a few million shares now, but Scott knows the value I'm sure and I can't see him giving anything away too cheaply. Once again I'm giving him the doubt.... But look the market will sort this out. We'll go from your "ugly duckling" (perception/history-wise) to the go-to kid on the block pretty fast, I reckon. (as you pointed out in your summation)
