If some of the above happens a further trigger will be getting the OA's in the money. That could nearly fund the pipeline based on some of the estimates we have seen.

A lesser but important consideration would be the pipeline approval though I would not like to second guess timing on that.
I really hope SB has the best interests of shareholders at hand here this time and doesn't just go for another quick cash grab and craps all over us LTers again. While talks/negotiations are taking place re. possible farm-in, i must say while it's positive and welcome news, i can't help feeling a little nervous due to past events.

We've stuck fat through some pretty trying times and deserve a slice of the pie this time around!!!

SB will surely be mindful of getting the AO's converted into cash. In order to do this he will need to act in a way that is beneficial for the share price in coming months. To not do so would be plain silly.... I also think he is more mindful now about (not) treading on toes...
