    these terms are standard terms used by companies if you read similar company announcements playing in this field.
    why would they apply for pipeline and test for reserves if there is no guarantee. again to confirm all these one have to wait till reserves are calculated and announced. then one can buy at a higher price or don't buy at all .. risk vs reward
