    it would be complicated transaction...parties involved hutchison ,vodaphone and 10% holding telecom new zealand..3rd largest provider in australia with a now upgraded network 4g ready..i would say after the major upgrade and some new customers it wouldnt take much to be in profit in the near future...it could be done with accc approval ...and u would need plenty cash to buy yet some people can do this...
