I guess others want to buy in for the same price as the latest offering and directors.
The situation is not great for SH but there has not been a lot of interest/liquidity either way since the recent JORC, plus CR plus Court case.
At some point we need to consider the coal asset is an ok underground asset potentially ! but we need to spend considerable more than reported to get the value. The concern must be we have few options for any real upside with the UCG apparently gone and the cash burn rate for management and HQ is ?.
Would be good to get a clear statement of action now the court case is part over and initial JORC reporting in otherwise we appear to be a little of the emperors new cloths
