If you are in the queue at .010 you will definitely pick some up! I have no problem with the fact that a major shareholder picked up some of the slack, as, like you said, they won't be traded at .02!
As for the small trade, I don't think that the sales of marketable parcels has finished yet, so I would think that this is merely one of them.....
