part of the problem here is that PC has no incentive to "not" let the share price get to low.

he seems to be paid on sharpening pencils and while it looks good in theory, it means sheet if the shareprice is thrashed.

the problem also is, the shareprice deeply affects all shareholders but not performance of PC's wage or free options/shares.

this has to be dealt with, IMHO.

we all can see and understand that sector as a whole is in the dust bin but other G stocks bounce back to support levels.

but Triton?  no, we slime downwards and it should be pretty clear who or what and why is doing it. (the money guys)

some here think these (money guys) are our saviors, but why cannot PC find other (money people) versus only using the same ones all the time, at each step of the way, and whenever company needs money, hence this is becoming a very significant threat to the company (not because they get money from the same people, but because cannot get it from elesewhere).

like the options getting extended which everyone concerned wrote into the company and requested they be extended.

the same should be done asking PC and board taking a pay cut until we get over this sheet over line or until a sector reversal comes into play or the global tide turns to risk on again, otherwise these elaborate wages are a threat to ALL shareholders.

bet you he wont take a cut though, and be that as it may, why does he not throw 50-100K worth of $$$ into on market purchase versus token buys that offer no confidence whatsoever?

I still believe he is not the guy and we have a whimp and not a warrior, as a warrior does what it takes and understands what psychology is needed for the shareprice to maintain a technical support base or how to draw in alternative new money as options for raising funds, versus the same ole same ole routine downward spiral syndrome.
