IMO it comes down to markets.

asx investors look to the DOW and ASIAN markets for leadership, and lately things have been a little on the down side so people are still not sure which way the markets going to go.

there is no doubt that the jvp's are onto a good thing

an investors may have 20 bucks to invest but they only invest 10 bucks because of the uncertainty, also they may be happy to take 15 to 20% profit.

its just going to take a little more time...woof woof
