Interesting final paragraph- they are clearly excited about what they are seeing and don't want to share too much with competitors; will the JV be looking at more acreage or only Hilcorp? Clearly Hilcorp wouldn't want to settle at this relatively small amount of acreage if they're happy with the play. With the amount of cash they've raised they may wish to get more aggressive. Be interesrting to know if the JV partners have some form of rights to participate at certain levels, although their funding is currently limited. And while they are currently making cash, I believe their is a cost recovery process for Hilcorp's investment that would take first grab.

All in all, we are poised at a very exciting moment in the JV's members respective histories.
