    Now I know .... LOL why just "now"?

    When NSP board members have been negotiating JV agreements for several projects at same time since beginning of 2012 , they are not allowed to trade shares on the market.

    After the full year financial report released, JV progress updated, they may be allowed to trade shares on market, but as long as they still got substancial inside news about the ongoing negotiation, they still not allowed.
