hmmm, been using my "pc" for some time now to telephone people. Most o/seas and within AUS telephone calls are under .07c per minute.
Tends to get expensive if you stay on phone for awhile as the telco's "max call charge" sometimes is cheaper than voip (the one I use~freshtel) in these cases.
I'm on broadband and the system is not good on dial-up.
