seems to be a possible shift at play here.
i wouldn't bank on it yet, but if it plays out right it could soon make a turn in the right direction. looked like a bit of a sluggish double bottom, which might be what traders were waiting for before getting involved.
you gotta love these illiquid plays when they turn around.
