Hi Karlos360,  I going to ask you some questions not to insult you but to get a feel for what the longs are thinking.  At the end, I'm going to provide my answers.  What are your expectations for the upcoming PFS as far as ounces, IRR and payback period?   What is the minimum IRR and payback period from the upcoming PFS that you think will convince a financial institution to loan De Grey enough money to payoff Indee and build a plant and prepare for mining operations?  How long will it take to hit 2 million  in M & I and inferred ounces in a resource estimate?  Same question for 3 million ounces.   If De Grey can't get a loan, what would you recommend as to how to finance paying off Indee?  If financing is not obtained and CRs are necessary to payoff Indee and provide operating funds for July thru December 2019, what is your recommendation to management on how to proceed to prevent future CRs and start mining operations?

    1.  700,000 M & I ounces and 300,000 inferred ounces.  10 year mine life.  IRR 25%.  Payback period 3 years.

    2.  35% and 1 & 1/2 years.

    3.  2 years and 4 years without conglomerates if exploration funds are available.

    4.  CRs or JV with Kirkland Lake or other major are only options.

    5.  Prove up Louden's patch through trial mining in late 2019.
