yeah true , they are in a great location tho , surrounded by wells of the same age owned by majors in the industry . Apparently state and federal agencies have adopted regulations requiring that all wells must pass regular mechanical integrity tests (MITs), leaky wells are not good for the enviroment so products would be at hand i imagine .
