do you have any idea how deep 17,000 feet is?
without knowing where the leak is its impossible to say how long it will take to get fixed, but if its a kilometre or 2 underground it isnt going to happen in 3 hours i can tell you that
i wouldnt be too worried though, they seem to be on top of things
