Hey Fadi, I'm not sure that it's bottom drawer just yet. If you look at the timelines on the Media Release that Sevencents77 posted a link to recently, you'll see that from the time the original sales agreement was signed (5 May 2013) to Kazakhstan govt approval was 122 days (Kazakhstan government approval 4 Sep 2013). The revised sales agreement to conclude the takeover was signed 7 July 2014.
122 days from that date is tomorrow.
