It's a mere formality, like as you say the controlling parties hold majority of votes. But to comply with ASIC I'm sure they still have to give us poultry SH 28 days notice. I see the seller who was at 22 sold out pushing price down to 18.5. Doesn't make the chart look so pretty now.
