    Good thing, in the announcement, $NOV didn't exaggerate anything, every word is exact right. They DID NOT mention subsisiary word in it.

    IT IS THE MEDIA'S BAD TO TELLING WRONG INFO TO OTHERS.

    You can check the announcement, NONE SUBSIDIARY such word existed.
