    They cannot use wechat do payment outside of china. That's why royal pay is so exciting to bring this to us.

    To note, Royal pay is not a we-chat subsidiary as some news source mentioned before. Its a distributor for WECHAT but the first distributor.

    Good thing, in the announcement, $NOV didn't exaggerate anything, every word is exact right. They didnot mention subsisiary word in it, not doggy like $XTV to mention AT&T
