Given the transaction timetable and the below consensus offer price, this kinda seems like an opening offer to me in what could be an interesting auction. The only tempering factor to this view is that the SP is below offer suggesting my optimism is unfounded. Prefer looking at the half glass full. It's what got me to this point with VLA.
