So if Notion VTec buy 19.9% of AYN shares for $4.875M (0.005)per share they obviously think the other 80.1% is worth as a whole at least $19.5M total value $24.4 ..

Current MC is $12M at 0.004 so does that give us a price of 0.008

Cant see that Notion VTec will be selling before they double their injection or better.

Dont forget they have the option to pump another $2.5M into AYN if they see fit, this could be welcome if silver price takes awhile to rise or when things start to heat up.

That would take Nortion VTec to 30% leaving only a few billion shares for trading ..HA!

Makes it hard for the price to have good runs as large sellers who brought in below 1c have pakages in the millions to dump during these rallies.

Anyway Paladin did it so hopefully with the right environment AYN can have a shot, not expecting a Paladin style accent however that would be nice, but if Silver ever reaches some of the redicted values which range from $100 - $7000 AYN will definatly get something oughta that..
