Funny thing is, look at the "Notice of initial" holder, it says Lochnivar co. bought 2 mil shares on the 20/8/09 (Today, unless I'm in the wrong universe!) and 3.3 mil shares on the 24/08/09, which again is Monday, not happened yet!
The volume today was 500K, and monday is yet to happen, so I'm guessing something is very odd here.
Perhaps the shares are to pay Mr Morton to join the team? and someone jumped the gun by releasing this, then Trinity realized there mistake and called a trading halt???
Nevertheless, might have missed a good buying op.
