Not a very inspiring premium, albeit I know AWE is not in the strongest position cash wise.
Many on HC have none for a long time that AWE was a target. Not sure what management can do, they already stuffed up the last offer, which was almost double this one??

Will the final offer (assuming their is one) go up to $0.60? Surely...
