These guys only speak for a small number of shares (885,000). If they can get some shareholders to sign their options across (I'm not sure why you would, BTW) they will become a bigger player in this game, with no added capital cost (except a few legal fees).
If they attract a volume of options, say 10%, they are doing the hard work for an incoming buyer, who can just bid them 56 cents plus and they incoming party has a stronger foothold without entering the market and pushing up the price. If it is successful, it will bring out some interested parties, no doubt.
I doubt it will be successful, but in the meantime, it will get some press and will get on a few radar screens. I mean, we are talking about it now!!!
