    So in short:
    - APG have been issuing shares and not reporting them to the market in a timely manner which could have any amount of implications
    - APG have been issuing shares without said shares being paid for
    - APG have been issuing shares and have declared said shares have been paid for when they actually haven't (and then just note them down as other receivables 6months later)
    - APG have issued shares to company secretary Nick Gaston's company/employer Notsag without being paid the money for them

Very well investigated Wilcox. Its an absolute damn travesty what is going on at APG and has been going on for such a long time!! And it's only surfacing now that the auditor has actually done their job for a change!! There is something bloody rotten to the core here and I am eager for mo information to become available!! APG has been destroying shareholder wealth for many years and then these practices surface?! It is a rort and definitely warrants further investigation!!

And we are supposed to be stoked because our chairman has loaned us $200k? How about Gaston/Notsag pay the $375k the owe for the shares issued way back!!? They giveth with one hand and taketh away with the other!!

Please send through more of your findings and I will get my friend at AFR to look into it and maybe publish it.

I'm also intrigued to hear @False9 opinions on this, especially as he is an accountant. Some very dishonest number swapping going on here, wouldn't you think?

Also, to everybody else here, please attend this year's AGM and voice your displeasure (in a non violent /aggressive way). We need numbers there and we need to hold the board accountable for all of this crap!! Enough is enough!! Our market cap is $1m. We have been reduced to nothing
