Big thumbs down to False9's post.
You keep to the facts and don't scaremonger. All commentary for and against is most certainly not "moot" (the real word, not "mute").
Don't start making insinuations and alleging hidden agendas without proof. Mods where are you? This isn't acceptable.
I am a recent shareholder with absolutely no hidden agenda. What I wrote and what I mean is abundantly clear from my posts. My post was in relation the concern raised by MBarring, which I still think is a valid concern i.e. something that warrants discussion and consideration.
False9, are you claiming that what MBarring said about approx $700k of employee benefits on the books is false? If so, provide evidence. Otherwise I am simply commenting on MBarring's valid concern. I also raised two other valid issues, being: 1) the matter of whether there is a suitable replacement if the motion succeeds; and 2) the matter of the effect any removal will have on ongoing negotiations.
Those are valid concerns. Since you made the comments above, explain in detail what about those concerns indicates a hidden agenda or not keeping to the facts?
And as for being desperate I am an investor who wants the best outcome, simply that. If anyone's post appears desperate it is yours, being full of accusations and insinuations with no factual basis. What's your agenda - shouting down other investors because you've lost lots of money and can't deal with it?
Hell, I'd said my piece and wasn't even intending to post again until I saw your ridiculous and offensive post. At least Clacko gives a balanced response. Clacko I appreciate you're intention is not to destroy. As I said before, I hope you and the others supporting the motion give due and proper consideration to all implications given other shareholders - not all of whom have lost their money - are affected by your actions.
Other than that I have nothing more to say at this point and don't intend to post again unless False wants to respond with some more of the above.
