Well with each passing day that figure grows, the sooner he is out the better. I am expecting any day now for an announcement to say he has resigned and now is involved with a consultancy position. Surely he doesn’t want to be forced out and not retain any position in the company. As the saying goes the easy way or the hard way and the hard way will see him cut out for good, easy way just changes his title and still keeps him in the company. He really needs to act soon as once the hard way initiates I don’t think there is going to be a point of return.
