I think share holders should take the stance that MT should only be given a consultancy opportunity if he steps down himself and resigns. I think if he fights it to the end forcing shareholders to remove him the hard way then he should not be rewarded with a consultancy role or any other role, that he should be completely cut out of the company. Why reward someone who has made it so difficult in the process and squeezed every bit out of the company for as long as he could?
You reward someone who has initiative and cares enough to see that for the good of the company resigning and stepping aside is the best move, not fighting it and trying to get every single pay check you can forcing shareholders to take the difficult road!
So I put it to the shareholders please please consider that if MT is removed forcefully that he should not be rewarded with a consultancy role or any other part in the company, that if he resigns soon and steps down wilfully then should he receive a reward and continue in the process by way of consultancy.
