So far 7 members have requested and been sent a copy of the proposed resolution - it is highly likely we will build to a position in excess of 5% of the total votes required in the 1st 24 hours. Anyone serious about asserting your rights (to influence the company's direction [very survival]) would be well advised to consider joining the motion.
I can send out forms very quickly and you can read the proposed resolution (before signing). The proposed resolution will force APG's hand to do something - paying an MD to deliver results is required! We're a long way short of seeing delivery of results from the current MD (hence the need for change).
