Hi JRPC,

IMO from research I did on the partly paid shares a couple of years ago I don't think a "NL" registered company can call in partly paid shares. It also is a company which is restricted to mining activities. I think that is the reason they still have their minimal mining exploration on the books. If the plant was ever finished and making money they would have to change the registration and the directors would have to pay the outstanding amounts for the PP shares. They couldn't afford that and I don't know if this has anything to do with the plant taking so many years to do nothing. This is all IMO but has been in the back of my mind for a long time now.

I guess this year will be the "make or break" year for APG and I hope we all have a profitable 2019.
