I also am of the belief that what needs to be done is 1 - target figure for plant completion be calculated 2 - this figure be taken to interested parties/potential deals 3 - this is the figure that needs to be signed and recieved for MT to keep his position as no small insignificant amount raised will be enough as we all know how quickly those funds disappear with no progress. If a figure is signed just for the sale of signing to retain positions, this is just not good enough imo. It needs to be an amount that is sufficient enough to finish the plant or no retention of position.

MT is incapable of finishing the plant. The $500k from Bergen in January was to complete the test programme. Then at the AGM the board admitted they were at around 3 out of 10 of completing this process, which began in March 2017
